Quick Draw™ PA-6000 is a self-venting, high temperature, clear Nylon 6 vacuum
bagging film specially textured for use in composite laminating and bonding processes.
Patented Quick Draw™ films are textured to provide rapid, controlled evacuation of vacuum bags with little or no air/volatile entrapment. The textured pattern geometry permits air flow under the bag across a smooth surface and with a breather. The minimal surface contact with the rest of the lay up allows easier positioning before vacuum is applied.
Quick Draw™ also improves film drapeability and elongation while reducing shrinkage of the bag during cure. As a result bridging is less pronounced and irregular contours and configurations can be bagged with fewer and smaller pleats or gussets.
