    Sonicut™ Blades and Collets

    A variety of blades are available for the Ultrasonic Trim Knife (UTK) cutting system.Collets and tools are also available for spares or replacement.


    BLADES

    MK2-4:  0.99" depth of cut, hardened steel, double edge, for synthetic fabrics, prepregs, thin laminates, rubber, honeycomb, rigid foam

    MK2-5:  0.60" depth of cut, Tungsten Carbide blade, double edge, for robotic cutting applications

    MK-5:  0.60" depth of cut, Tungsten Carbide blade, double edge, one piece collet/blade

    MK-6:  1.50" depth of cut, Titanium, double edge, for rubber, honeycomb, rigid foam

    MK-6S: 1.50" depth of cut, Mild Steel, double edge, for rubber, honeycomb, rigid foam

    SONICUT™ TOOLS

    Bench Wrench:  Blade changing fixture for bench top or power supply mounting

    Collet Wrench:  7/16" x 3/8" open end wrench

    Horn Wrench:  Spanner for assembly/disassembly of converter, booster, horn stack

    SafetySert:  Blade installation tool to safely insert blade into MK-2 series collets
